Service Delivery Manager - Windows Server Operations
An exciting opportunity is available for a Service Delivery Manager for the Windows Server Operations Team. You will manage a global technical team to deliver support within agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will drive deep technical analysis of incidents and problems including outage management to identify root cause and implement effective solutions. You will ensure the Windows Server landscape adheres to security& quality standards. You will coordinate service improvements leveraging automation to maximise teams' delivery on prioritised efforts. You will coordinate the roadmap and support strategy for the Windows Server team. You will collaborate with interfacing teams to plan, design, and deliver our overall IT ambitions.
Who are you:
- You are an experienced Team Manager (5+ years) with a proven track record in delivering IT operational services.
- You have a technical background with at least 10+ years of experience of Windows server infrastructure management
- You understand ITIL and drive IT Operations in accordance with ITSM disciplines (preferably ITIL certification)
- You have experience working with a multi-cultural teamas well as a demonstrable ability to leadvitural team across time zones.
- You are capable of working with minimal direction and excellent self-management skills (e.g., prioritization of tasks)
- You have experience in delivering service improvement with a focus on automation.
- You have experience working in on various virtualization platforms such as VMware & Hyper-V.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
- You have experience in managing financial aspects including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
- You have a proven track record in Pharmaceutical GxP related topics.
- You have excellent documentation skills.
