US Corp FP&A-SG;&A-Job; Description
Role: Manager/Sr. Manager(Manager Band)
Reports into: M/D Band plus dotted line reporting into US team (matrix reporting)
Reported by: Analyst/ Professional Band (2 to 5 FTEs)
Job Description:
To provide end to end support for SG&A; costs related to US entity, including monthly variance commentary, Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Financial Reporting Packs, Flash Reports, Budgeting & Forecasting support and adhoc analysis, reports. This role would require working closely with onshore teams and lead transitions related to new tasks/ responsibilities. Person should be comfortable working in matrix organization, coordinating with multiple stakeholders in India and US. Must have excellent knowledge and rich experience in managing end-to-end SG&A; P&L; for US operations.
Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare/ Review the following activities related to SG&A; division:
o Monthly Financial Reporting for SG&A; functions with in-depth commentary
o Consolidated company level Financial reporting to relevant stakeholders
o Presenting the financials through presentations to the Onshore SG&A;/FP&A; leaders
o Working closely with SG&A; heads in preparation of Budget and Forecasts (Globally)
o Flash reporting for Monthly estimate projections
o Liaison with the Corporate Accounting team for accurate provisioning and expense capture
o Actual vs Budgeted/Forecast Cost Variances/Analysis
o Preparation of SOX reports and commentaries
o Monthly Organization level reclasses
. Ensure timelines, accuracy and comprehensiveness of the above reports & analysis.
. Incubate & maintain Continuous Improvement culture within the team.
. Lead and managing multiple parallel transitions
. Performance management and Capability development of 2-5 FTEs
. Onshore stakeholder management including Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, NPS
. Extensive knowledge of handling end to end SG&A; accounting & reporting for a US based ops.
Qualifications (Must to have):
. Qualified Chartered Accountant/ ACCA UK/ US CPA
. Oracle ERP knowledge
. Excellent MS-Excel skills
. Excellent Presentation skills
. Strong Analytical and Reporting skills
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. 6+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domain.
. 3+ years of Experience in Client Management & Team Handling.
Preferred:
. EPBCS exposure.
. Worked in SG&A; division of FP&A; for a US based MNC.
. CA/MBA
