General Summary:

Develops/maintains study documents and utilizes company systems to manage clinical / biomedical studies. Provides administrative support to project team members in c linical o perations and p roject m an a gement. Works with the project team to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with contract and client expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Organizes p roject t eam and c lient meetings including scheduling, meeting materials, binders, agenda,s and meeting minutes.

- Organizes study information and s upplies . Generates and maintains organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, mass mailings, and project-specific information including but not limited to p rocess flow charts, contact lists, holiday lists, s tudy websites, and mailing labels. Tracks, dispatche s and maintains study supplies following applicable company process es .

- Manages internal and client project reporting . G enerates and reviews for accurate reports to facilitate project s tatus and financial reporting.



Completes system updates and queries.

- Supp orts p roject m anager with f inancial t asks. Has oversight of purchase order process including creating and processing purchase orders and processing study invoices. May process Investigator payments

- May support the preparation of study files by m aintain ing and distributing project documents . Ensures documents within the electronic trial master file comply with filing/naming guideline s and have the correct status.

- Uses the learning management system to assign project - specific training to team members and tracks training compliance.
