Job Description Summary
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex programs involving multiple components, subsystems, and stakeholders, ensuring that all items are working together effectively to achieve program's objectives. LPI partners with Program Manager to deliver high quality outcomes for internal and external customers, by managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and working on risk mitigation strategies to stay on track with the program commitments. Works with modality partners and cross-functional teams (sometimes, within a global context) to coordinate program integrations and interdependencies.

This position is for Electrical/Power electronics design and development engineering team working on Xray - Generation Engineering at GE BEL. The selected person will report XGEN & Power - Electrical Engineering Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, quality standards, expected timeline and available budget/resources

Work with globally located technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations and functions to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan

Define and control performance indicators, track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics and take actions to meet them

Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams as well as technical leadership. Support them with scope considerations, technology discussion and project requirements

Support execution team with resolution of interdependencies. Proactively identify and remove project obstacles or barriers. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required

Take ownership of small and medium d tasks and deliver autonomously,



handle parallel even conflicting priorities while mentoring and helping team members to deliver theirs

Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project

Demonstrate increasing understanding of project management, software development life cycles and technology stack and its impact on the final product to collaborate with Build and Release teams

Ensure that the product development process abides to the business Quality Procedures, industry standards and regulatory needs of the applicable markets

Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives

Handle execution control meetings, manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting and relay information within teams

Break down problems, document problem statements and estimate efforts. Creative problem solving and solution development when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues

Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed, driving simplification and improvement when applicable

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent.

Person with design background and having experience of product development life cycle is required with total career experience of 5+ years

Strong leadership skills: Able to guide and motivate diverse team of stakeholders being a strong team player, collaborating well with others to solve problems and actively consolidates inputs from multiple sources to drive success.

Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills - effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creating operational plans.

Strong communication & influencing skills: Cleary communicate program information using available data to several stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge:



Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the program and how to translate it into actions and help needed.

Established Project Management skills PMP- Project Management Professional, Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications will be a differentiator.

Demonstrate customer focus - evaluate decisions through the eyes of the customer, build strong customer relationships, create processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

2+ years of Project Management experience in product design/ development/ systems engineering, using best project management practices and Agile Methodology.

Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills -communicate in a explicit and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans

Change oriented - actively generate process improvements, champion and drive change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balance multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly

Demonstrated ability to influence customers and project managers through persuasion and influencing

Proficiency with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Proficiency with Program Management tools such as MS Project and Smart Sheet.

Previous experience or knowledge of healthcare technology space.
