In this job you will work within the Automotive Electrification & Sustainable Energy Business Unit, developing highly sophisticated system-on-chip (SoC) integrated circuits for advanced wireless applications.
Qualifications:

- B.Tech with 5 years of experience as layout engineer may apply.




- Should be a good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have experience in doing layouts for process geometries = 40nm.
- Good understanding of isolation strategies for mixed-signal, multi-voltage, high-frequency circuits.
- Experience with Virtuoso XL and relevant verification tools.
- Knowledge of IO cells and good ESD practices will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transistor level analog layout design.
- Block level DRC, LVS, EM, Antenna etc. verification flows.
- Work on the IO placements and overall package solution.
- Set design guidelines and practices based on foundry data and rules.
- Lead and mentor junior layout engineers as well as layout contractors, when required.
