Job Responsibilities: Client Engagements - Drive C level client relationships and engagements by leading teams across functional teams of various data domains including data governance, data engineering, MDM, reporting, visualization, and AI/ ML Guide the future direction of data/AI strategy and processes based on business outcomes Help clients derive business value by prioritizing key use cases, create architecture blueprints, business case, ROI and roadmap in order to drive continuous modernization Help clients transform data and information into insights that inform high-level strategy and tactical decision-making in support of revenue and profitability objectives for the clients Be a champion for a data driven culture, lead a team of cross-functional analysts and support and train staff in data systems and reporting. Develop and execute a plan to maximize self-service capabilities for customers.



Help clients drive change management across functions and socialize Shape the Data & AI strategy and operating model with our clients, defining how to set them up as data driven enterprise Do data-driven storytelling through quant analysis, dashboards, and data visualization Lead and manage teams to deliver transformative and innovative client projects on-time and on-budget Data & Analytics Transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint) Analytics Architecture, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence practices (knowledge of how advancing digital tools and techniques are applied in enterprise data and analytics strategies and roadmaps)Build Offerings: Help build data and AI offerings by integrating different practices Help build state of the art data assessment tool to provide client s business value to their data modernization journeys Drive consulting practice innovation and thought leadership in your area of specializationQualifications Required: Bachelor s degree required 12- 15 years experience in Data Engineering, Data Governance, Reporting, and/or Metadata management or Data Science (AI/ML) on CLOUD(AWS, GCP, Azure)



Exposure to managing CXO level clients and help define business focused Data and AI strategy for the clients 3- 5 years experience with any of the cloud hyper scalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) 5 + years experience with Data Governance Expertise in at least 2 or more of the following Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare & Life sciences, Technology, Media Ability to help clients drive through the journey of continuous modernization from portfolio assessment through implementation followed by continuous modernization Work in the current mode of working (Agile, DevSecOps, POD model) Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing data & AI frameworks and driving continuous improvement Preferred: Critical thinker who asks questions, digs-in, comes to new conclusions based on the findings Excellent communication skills: comfortable and experienced communicating to senior management and colleagues across functional areas Strong stakeholder management capabilities with key focus on delivery and client orientation

- To provide solution in business transformation by participating in RFPorRFI; Due Diligence; Pre Sales support and Oversee POC
