We are currently seeking a Frontend Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, ProseMirror, and LaTex, among other technologies. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the product management, design, and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for our platform.




• Developing and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other frontend technologies.
• Ensuring optimal performance, usability, and accessibility of our web applications across various devices and browsers.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and our internal coding standards.
• Implementing efficient and reusable frontend components and optimizing existing components for maximum performance.
• Utilizing tools such as ProseMirror and LaTex to create engaging, interactive, and visually appealing UI elements for our product
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers, and continuously improving our frontend development processes.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our products and your own skills.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Significant awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
• Demonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing creative solutions
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Possess excellent IT skills, including expertise in Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Projects or other project management tools
• Excellent written and spoken business English
• Adept at research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Authorized to work on a full time, permanent basis in Bangalore, India
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant experience
• 4-6 years of professional experience in frontend development,



with a focus on building complex, user-centric web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with frontend libraries and tools such as ProseMirror and LaTeX.
• Knowledge of modern frontend development practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, including RESTful API integration, state management, and client-side routing.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and experience with code review processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly applications that make a real difference for healthcare providers.

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries, such as Angular or Vue.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of backend development and technologies, such as Node.js or Python
