Position Summary:

HealthEdge is in search of a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering Team. The role focuses on design, architecture, development and testing of cutting-edge Azure Cloud hosted Multi Tenant Data Engineering SaaS solutions using ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse Principles. The Data Engineering team collaborates with business and technical partners to establish and maintain high-value

provider and payer data.

Your responsibility will be analyzing, designing, and developing data integration and warehouse pipeline jobs, the data flows, data mappings, and configuring data quality & validation rules and able to coach other Data Integration Engineers. This hire have significant experience in architecture and implementing real-time & batch Integrations, Integration job configuration & maintenance.

Requirements

What you will do:

- Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, designing infrastructure for greater high availability, redundancy, scalability, fault tolerance, monitoring etc.





- Proficient in data warehouse design and implementation - data warehouse core concepts, data warehouse modelling, facts /dimensions. Knowledge on modern data warehouse architecture

- Experience with batch and real-time data integration patterns include ELT/ETL experience Build data pipelines to assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements. Experience in Informatica Cloud or Informatica Powercenter or similar

- Responsible for working with data asset-related technology that has been approved by the architecture team to move, transform, and validate data between systems and Azure Cloud.

- Provide data integration subject matter expertise to the team covering ETL/ELT, replication, streaming, and reporting. Can explain complex concepts to others and establish business value of solutions.

- Complete design, code review, and test case reviews to improve and set the bar for the quality of the delivery. Providing guidance for the engineering team while designing the data integration applications.

- Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate.

- Work with stakeholders including the leadership, product, customer teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with datarelated technical issues

- Collaborate with technical leads, business users, system analysts, developers, and ecosystem partners to bring innovative ideas from conception to launch at scale. Work closely with data architect,



SMEs and other technology partners to develop & execute on the data architecture and product roadmap.

- Work in an iterative/Agile environment and be a strong team player. Be a technical leader to junior engineers, ensure the team is being challenged, expose your team to new opportunities, while still being able to deliver on ambitious goals.

- Act as a subject matter expert to leadership for technical guidance, solution design and best practices within the customer organization

What you will bring:

- Solid experience, developing and implementing Data Warehouse Architectures, and experience in SQL across different platforms including structured and unstructured data from various enterprise sources..

- Experience in writing and executing complex SQL’s. Experience building data solutions within any cloud platforms using Postgres, Informatica, Redshift, Tableau and other similar services and tools

- Experience or demonstrated understanding with real-time data streaming tools like Kafka, Kinesis or any similar tools

- Proven design and architecture technical skills in data modeling, data management, data pipelines, ETL/ELT and data retention concepts and practices.

- Shows a strong ownership of deliverables.

- Great problem-solving capabilities, troubleshooting data issues and experience in stabilizing big data systems

- Good communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to communicate or convey the results to audience at all levels. Excellent presentation skills as you’ll be regularly interacting with stakeholders and engineering leadership.

- Experience in working with Git/Bit Bucket and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
