Job description

Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts ReceivableTo convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claimsSound knowledge of U.S. Health care Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement on the sameHaving basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCN)Constantly keep track of both electronic and paper claims.



Always be watchful for any major rejections or denials from clearing houses/Carriers.Constantly watch out for payments and EOBs from major Carriers, pay-to-Address, Provider Numbers etc. Ensure the AR days meet Industry Standards.Manage & develop collaterals as required.To convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claimsHaving basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCN)Working on client Emails & Credential work
