Timings: 6:30PM TO 3:30AM

Preferred : MALE/FEMALE

Interview Mode: Walk In ,Face To Face

Note : Completely Work from Office & Night shift

Salary : Fresher salary:15000-17000+ incentives

Experienced salary: based on there previous salary

Hike : 3% recurring incentives per placement

Hike after 3 months based upon performance

Qualification: Any graduate, Freshers or Experience can apply,

About the role : Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates & Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting,



Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.

Responsibilities :

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Work on strategic global hiring programs.

Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization

Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Companys growth perspective in mind.
