Responsibilities:





2+ years of experience in Account Management within US Recruiting / Staffing Domain

The role is primarily focuses on building relationships with hiring managers for existing clients.

The role will also include the management of client requirements and submissions.

Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager and Hiring managers

Ability to identify hiring managers and map respective end clients through innovative methods

Must be willing to cold call hiring managers and break into accounts withing the System Integrator

Hands on knowledge of recruitment

Create presentation decks explaining our business capabilities

Prior experience in working with MSP partners / Healthcare Domain is a big advantage

Deep understanding of Discoverorg, etc.

Manage onsite and offshore hiring manager relationships

Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM / ATS Systems
