We are looking for a HR Manager for our HO Ahmedabad, who can overlook all the functions related to HR and statutory as well as legal compliances and other Admin task.
Job Profile
Recruitment of clerical,



managerial, technical and non-technical staff through portals, advertisements and recruitment agencies.
Formulation of HR policies of branches and HO
Formulation of SOPs, KRAs.
Overseeing of legal issues of the Company,
Management of time keeping and salary functions of HO & various sites.
Statutory compliances of HR.
All Admin work of Corporate office
Computer Proficiency: Should be Conversant with Advanced Excel Functions.
Location: Ahmedabad
Work Experience: Min.08 Yrs. As HR Manager in an Organisation of over 1000 persons
Qualification: Graduate with specialization / Post Graduate in HR
Salary Range: 10 LPA CTC
