Job Details

Job Summary

- Middle management role, reporting to the Manager - marketing
- The person will be handling multiple clients and more than one activity
- The candidate would need to handle events across Tamil Nadu and South Market
- Will need to finalise restaurants & banquet halls and handle multiple events across south region
- Should be able to co-ordinate with many people and manage proper reporting
- should be comfortable with MS PPT and Excel to make proper reports and formats
- Smart candidate will willingness to learn and perform. Preferably with 2 years of experience
- Should know about retail branding
- Should have handled few events and also managed manpower on ground

Responsibilities and Duties

- Will be handling and managing multiple activations across cities at the same time
- Make proper reports on PPT and MS excel
- Should be creative in ideas and making PPTs
- Make pitch presentations
- Design and manage digital campaigns for clients
- Handle Multiple Clients – understand their marketing activation and event requirements,



plan and execute the same effectively
- Co-ordinate effectively with Clients and see that all requirements are met on time and as per specifications
- Be able to work with the operations team to handle execution of activities
- Vendor management and vendor development
- Aggressive follow ups to get the work done on time and meet deadlines
- Should be resourceful and well connected with vendors and marketing Cos
- Should be able to handle Projects independently

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good educational background, preferably post graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Should be fluent in English, Tamil and preferably Hindi – Oral and written

Self motivated, confident, self starter, honest and reliable person. Committed and dedicated towards the tasks assigned.

Good communication skills

Familiar with Ms PPT and Excel

Good networking skills

Good management skills – ability to effectively handle a team

Good at Client servicing
