Designation: - Assistant Manager - Regional Marketing

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth across the designated region. The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with operation teams, HO, and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the designated region.
• Bring alive the brand experience for the consumer by ensuring design & implementation of activation programs in line with brand guidelines, within the stipulated time, at optimal cost and superior to competition.
• Competition tracking in terms of presence, pricing and promotions,



conduct market research and analysis to understand the local market and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the agencies to develop engaging and impactful marketing collaterals, including instore activation, print and digital advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Seamlessly collaborate across the organization to develop and execute an integrated approach to product management, leveraging the array of assets and capabilities in other parts of the organization.
• Manage and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
