 Attending the enquiries - Tele enquiries, Online Chat Enquiries, Mail Enquires.
 Doing 64 Answered Calls per Day to fix appointment.
 Overseas Education Counseling, Explaining Universities,
 Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in
 Give Excellent Convincing Presentation to convert Walk-in to Client
 One-to-One Counseling, Video Counseling,
Tele Counseling
 Establish and maintain relationship with every potential Prospect
 Lead Generation Activities - Calling, Mass Mailing, Mass SMS, etc.,
 Follow up on enquiries received
 Follow up on appointments fixed
 Follow up with Prospects (before counselling)
 Updating Knowledge to provide better information to the prospects.
