Position: Supervising Associate, Organizational Capabilities Development Program (OCDP)

Program and Role Details:

- Organizational Capabilities Development Program (OCDP) provides an opportunity to play a key role in the Program Management Office of an Organization wide transformation program. The program is for Enablement Services - which is a 10,000 solid entity spread across multiple countries
- Work with the Senior Leaders (Partners and Directors) in shaping strategy, design and structure across various functions
- Leading and managing strategic projects for ES starting with defining project goals, tenets and success measures, building project plans, and driving execution through to completion
- The candidate must possess proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines on multiple high-profile projects
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with peers/ teams across geographic locations, service lines,



and service functions
- Ability to create project plans, project charters, and send regular updates / reports on the project status
- Enable consolidation of relevant project related information, KPIs for review with the Executive Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong commitment to quality and a self-motivated learning ability
- Consistent client-focused with an eye for detail, ability to handle potential conflicts and manage any potential risks
- Bring an outside in perspective and novel ideas based on academics and previous experience

Education & Experience:

- Master’s degree in Management (MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM)
- Preferred specialization in operations or strategy
- Project and/or Program Manager with total work experience of 8 plus years
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation skills

Additional Attributes:

- Working knowledge of Program Management tools such as MS Access, MS Project, MS Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira etc
- Familiarity with Scrum and agile frameworks, Project and/or program management techniques
- Certifications in the relating field like –CAPM, PMP, Prince 2, Scrum, DevOps etc would be an added advantage
- Data analytics / visualization skillset (Tableau/ PowerBi etc) will be an added advantage.
