About the team

This role is a part of our Retirement Engineering Team. Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

What you will be doing

- Following best practices / methodologies thorough understanding of the technology road-map, advancement to design/development process and providing innovative solutions
- Plays a key role in resolving technical roadblocks involving multiple technologies
- Works with Tech Leads to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently, meets business requirements, stays within scope, and is delivered on time
- Responsible for writing Technical documents
- Continually improve quality of development team deliverable
- Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively
- Participate in production deployment of the application components that needs to be implemented




- Assisting in the identification, isolation, resolution and communication of problems within the production environment

What you bring:

- 10+ years of experience in Java Microservices / Angular Developer
- Should be good on Architecture (Design Diagram/ Flowchart) Etc .
- Very Strong Experience in designing and developing Enterprise J2EE application with extensive knowledge on Core Java, Collections, Design Patterns, Web Services (SOAP / Rest), JUnit etc.
- Strong knowledge of Hibernate and Spring Framework .
- Very solid skills in writing complex SQL queries.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / JQuery / Angular framework.
- Should be completely aware of coding standards and should be able to develop high performance scalable application and review the code.
- Quick Learner and should be ready to learn current technology.
- Knowledge of Tomcat / WebSphere / WebLogic Application Server is must.
- Experience in working on Enterprise Web applications.

- Architect Micro Front End based cloud native (public / private cloud) enterprise scale robust, stable and responsive applications
- Build customer facing application on latest version of Angular (version 9 and above).
- Knowledge on architecting / solutioning Mobile Apps.
- Implement End to end solution best practices considering - Network, Logging, Automation, Testing, Security Best practice, OWASP, Coding Standard consistency, code maintainability, RPA (Robotics Process Automation).
- Coordinate architectural studies / implement POC for technical feasibility to arrive at optimal solution, govern implementation as per identified best practice.
- Technology Standards are changing for good, be adaptable and make correction if any while the project is in flight so that it is most secure.
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development, coordinate with BU/Client.

- Architect Microservices based cloud native (public / private cloud) enterprise scale robust, stable and responsive applications
- Aim is to convert existing Cobol – Java monolith to microservices architecture.
- Experience with Message Queues, monitoring on cloud environment




- Implement End to end solution best practices considering - Network, Logging, Automation, Testing, Security Best practice, OWASP, Coding Standard consistency, code maintainability, RPA (Robotics Process Automation).
- Coordinate architectural studies / implement POC for technical feasibility to arrive at optimal solution, govern implementation as per identified best practice.
- Technology Standards are changing for good, be adaptable and make correction if any while the project is in flight so that it is most secure.
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development, coordinate with BU/Client.
