- As a Graphics designer, you will be ultimately responsible for the growth of all the image and graphical requirements by the different content desks.

- You will be tasked with designing aesthetically pleasing visuals supporting any or all JD content projects.

- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Corel Draw, Canva, Premiere, or other video software tools.

- Researching and designing ideas to deliver interesting and clean designs that support content.

- Scouting ideas and brainstorming sessions with the desk & team at large.

- Negotiating on the company's behalf with all key vendors and suppliers necessary for Image subscription, news/video agencies, etc.

- Liasoning closely with the Video/social/SEO teams for audio-visual production of content (internal and outsourced, both), if required.

- Staying in touch with the centralized and local Product teams for issue resolution on the site wrt to UI/UX, page layouts, design disorientation, new releases, etc.

Who we want ?

- Candidates ideally have 4-5 years of experience working in digital design, publishing, and marketing collaterals as well as having hands-on experience in short videos or conducting social media lives.

- Proven graphic designing experience

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics





- A highly flexible and adaptable character that embraces challenges and does not work as per the clock.

- Interest in lifestyle genres like F&B;/hospitality, education, auto-tech, travel-tourism, and other such domains.

- A track record of fast-paced, high-quality execution of strategy, ability to work with tight deadlines & in fast- growing digital companies.

- Proven ability to generate large volumes of graphics keeping internal content guidelines intact.

- Grammatically sound and interested in learning and adapting to different styles of design.

- Has in-roads within the media and e-com industry.

- Thrives in high-speed execution environments, able to make quick Plan B without impacting desired outcomes.

- Strong communication skills, in both persuasion & presentation

- E-commerce/digital publishing experience is a plus

- A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
