Job Description

TITLE: Quality Management/ Quality Assurance Analyst

Functional Title: Local Quality Management/ Quality Assurance Analyst for Genomics Europe

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India

RESPONSIBILITIES:





Candidate should be from Quality Management and Quality Assurance background, and able to work with the Genomics Europe QM/QA team, recommend, implement, and ensure that quality assurance, management standards are achieved and maintained.

The main responsibilities of the Quality Management/ Quality Assurance Analyst are:

- Audit management
- Planning, implementation and documentation of international audits as an auditor
- Tracking of corrective and improvement measures from audits and inspections.
- Follow up and closure of audit findings.
- Preparation of / participation in external audits
- Error and complaint management
- Follow up on deviations.
- CAPA management:
- Review of departmental CAPA lists; Follow-up and evaluation of implementation.
- Support of the specialist departments with regard to CAPA management.
- Supplier management:
- Maintenance of the QM / QA supplier list.
- Sending of QM / QA supplier questionnaires and tracking of the return.
- Processing of customer questionnaires.
- Review of certificates from website.
- Support, planning and implementation of supplier audits
- Training:
- Filing and administration of internal training certificates
- Planning and implementation of employee training courses.
- Risk and change management:
- Review and evaluation of departmental documentation for change and risk
- management.
- Support of the specialist departments with regard to risk and change
- management.
- Document management:
- Control and administration of the department specific records / version control
- documents of all Eurofins Genomics companies on site.
- Review, provision, collection and filing of invalid document versions.
- Preparation of QM / QA documentation for archiving (GLP /GCP) electronically.
- Maintenance of QM / QA SOP's (English versions)
- Equipment Qualification.

QM / QA projects:

- Planning, implementation and documentation
- Other Assignments:

Investigate customer complaints and audit issues.

Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and Europe industry regulatory requirements.

GLP / GCP relevant: yes

Independent processing of projects.

Powers: Right to detailed information in all departments, as far as the fulfillment

of the above Tasks required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3- 5 years of professional Quality Management and Quality Assurance experience
as Quality Management/ Quality Assurance skilled.
Required




· Solid experience in quality management system (QMS) and standards.
· Experience in writing procedures and processes to support QMS development.

Experience and knowledge of Quality System Regulations, Europe compliance
regulations/standards.
· Experience in handling Customer complaints, process Audits in order to continually refine
the process Structure.
· Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
· Experience in understanding business requirements and aligning them with QM Policies.
Appreciated
· Experience in performing complaint investigation to either close the complaint or determine
need for more in-depth analysis.
· Facilitating and identifying training opportunities.
· Microsoft Office proficient, related Complaint Processing Software a plus.
Personal profile
· Very good communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing);
· Very good interpersonal relation skills, highly attentive to detail.
· Ability to work in a complex international environment with a remote reporting line;
· Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities.
Education required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from an accredited university.
· Languages: fluent English;
· Driving License: yes.

Additional Information

Preferred but not mandatory:

- Experience working with Scrum in Scaled agile team environment.
- Experience with ATDD / TDD (Fitnesse for the ATDD or Postman would be a plus)
- Experience building applications with Microsoft Azure
