GENERAL SUMMARY ArisGlobal is looking for a Delivery Leader/Program Manager with strong technical background. The prospect should have hands-on delivery experience on rolling out multi-million-dollar implementation programs. Should have strong negotiation, cross functional collaboration, and influential skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct and manage project deliveries from inception to closure. Define program delivery roadmap in alignment to project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior and executive leadership team. Should be able to coach Project Manager/s and Technical Lead/s on efficient execution of operational activities. Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical leads to develop project plans and schedule. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely manner Get into client governance and steering committee calls on need basis. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers. Identify and manage project/program level dependencies, risks. Identify items that are on critical path and help steering them to closure. Well versed and hands-on experience on Problem Management, Incident management, Change Management,



Hypercare Support Track project/program milestones and deliverables Demonstrate good financial acumen in terms of monitoring tracking of Revenue Recognition, running projects within Margin goals. Get engaged in Senior Leadership status reporting and steering Cos. Able to use PM Tracking tools effectively for project/program monitoring. Hands on experience in managing Partner Eco-system in a Project delivery set up. Define and drive program objectives through well-established RACI. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Build, develop, and grow business relationships that are vital to the success of the project. Conduct project lessons learned meetings and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Coordinate amongst Product, Engineering, Testing and various cross functional teams to provide the appropriate support to meet Customer requests/schedules. Participate in Compliance audits for Software implementation. Assisting with complex customer infrastructure rollouts. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 15 years of experience in roles like Project Management,



Technical Project management and Large Program Management BE / BTech/ MCA / ME/ MTech with MBA is Mandatory Experience in implementing Products. Life science/ Healthcare experience is mandatory. Pharmacovigilance domain experience is a plus. Hands-on project Experience working in multi-tenant cloud infrastructure in Lifesciences projects. Hands-on Implementation experience in rolling out cloud hosted SaaS solutions. Should have minimum 2 years of experience working in large scale Migration projects (Legacy system to new systems/ data centre migrations, DB migrations etc) 7 Years in People Management Capacity Software Development experience is a must in the career roadmap. Should come from development and product implementation background. Experience in managing project financial, schedule, quality, and budget. Robust written and verbal communication. Should be able to articulate well. Good listening skills. Should have 4 years of onsite experience working directly with clients/business. Excellent stakeholder management skills should be collaborative. Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills. Certified in at least one of the Cloud Platform (MS-Azure/AWS) PMP/PRINCE2 practitioners preferred. Well-versed with tools like Microsoft excel (Advanced features), JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan
