Accounting work:

Maintenance Customer T&C; files / Agreement

Printout of Agreement copy and send to client as well as follow with client for singed copy

Generate invoices

Payment follows ups

Day to Day Accounting [ including invoicing , payment , received , banks entry]

Vendors payments

Received Payment deposited into bank

Proper filing of all expenses and invoice bank files





GST calculation and prepare sheet

TDS payment and filling

Skilled Tax payment and maintain records

Admin work

Supervision on house keeping of all three branch

Purchase necessary items for all branches

Data base Management in our Software

Maintain all courier records

Education Qualification:

B.com / M.com with minimum 1 years of exp day to day accounting to upto finalization , tds, gst matter
