Job Description:
Providing guidance onITIL-based process design and
implementation forclients
2. Review and analyzeexisting process effectiveness and
efficiency guidelinesand develops strategies for
improvement.
Analyzeinfrastructure processes and
standards with respectto ITIL best practices
3.Applying structured Change managementapproach and
methodology for theuser / people caused by projects and
change efforts.
4. Convenes urgent CABor ECAB meetings for all urgent
RFCs
5. Chairs all CAB and ECABmeetings
6.Designing and implementing informationsystem processes
(ITIL based) and functionin Problem Management
Minimum Qualification:
.15years of full-time education
.Minimumpercentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
