- We've an opportunity for you to help drive bank-wide service stability as a Service Delivery Analyst
- Using your ITIL process expertise, you’ll be managing operation governance and documentation, including I2V, change management and Cloud governance processes
- You'll have the chance to make a positive impact from the outset and focus on your professional development

What you'll do

Day-to-day, you'll be making sure that our change and release management methodology policies are adhered to and comply with the forward plan, the release windows and cycles across the portfolio.

Alongside this, you'll be coordinating all stages and documentation for different stakeholders of projects as per the ORP or RPP process guidelines.

We’ll also look to you to:

- Deliver at pace when recovering or protecting services,



while acting with thoroughness when considering the risks to our services
- Provide technical and operational support for relevant services, activities and processes in support of bank-wide service stability
- Work collaboratively with colleagues by sharing expertise of existing processes and procedures to enable an environment of continuous improvement
- Make sure decisions are based on robust data, return on investment and value measures that demonstrate thoughtful cost management
- Work within a safe environment culture, provide innovation and use fast feedback loops to translate improvement opportunities into practical outcomes

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll have at least eight years' experience of IT and using and understanding industry standard governance, including I2V, ITIL processes, change management processes, Cloud governance and solution and infrastructure designs.

Furthermore, you'll have:

- A technical knowledge of platforms, technologies, products and domains
- An understanding of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to drive up customer service within an IT environment
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues up to management level
- Valuable collaboration and stakeholder management skills
