Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- You are expected to handle complex transactions and quality checks
- Managing the query & exceptions and taking care of new joiner trainings
- Buddy assistance/ floor support
- Prepare EOD reports and Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of Loan Documents and loan amortization schedules, interest calculations

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

- 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/ Mortgage/ Loan Operations
- Valuable understanding of Loan Documents and loan amortization schedules, interest calculations
- Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders
- Open to work in shifts
