The Customer Success team at Compile is a dynamic team with a few responsibilities, spanning supporting the sales team, delivering and fulfilling data licenses with the customer, answering support queries, and complex consulting projects with clients. There is significant opportunity for advancement and growth in this role.

Hybrid: Monday and Friday are work from home, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in the office

Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform feasibility counts and pre-sales summaries for clients and prospects.
- Act as a strategic thought partner and be the go-to data expert in helping our customers develop analyses and processes.
- Under direct supervision, Identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate customers’ requirements to generate & implement an end-to-end solution to their business challenges.
- Develop and maintain the qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables as per the client requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines.
- Provide on-going training support and ad hoc training sessions to always keep customers educated on Compile’s data assets & updates.
- Actively learn to become knowledgeable on all Compile data offerings.
- Give and receive peer feedback other team members to share your unique knowledge and skills.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, or other analytically intensive roles
- Strong SQL skills, experience in the US healthcare sector preferable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.



Your day to day work will involve delivering specific short term tasks and working on long term projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members
- Attention to detail and QC Obsessed. We want you to continuously check your work for typos, mistakes, logical errors and to make sure the story to the end client is intuitive.

Salary and Benefits

- The salary range for this position is 8-10L INR and the final number will be based on the candidates previous experience and the interview
- 8% target variable bonus based on individual and company performance

- Health insurance - Mediclaim policy of upto ₹ 5 Lac per year which can be upgraded by the employee upto ₹ 20 Lac per year
