Job Details

1. Greet Customers When They Walk Through The Door

2. Ask Customers What They Are Looking For And Show Them At Least Three Or Four Models

3. Build Rapport Through Conversation And Honest Recommendations

4. Ring Up Sales And Arrange For Delivery Or Pick-Up Of The Customer’s Order

5. Invite Customers To Search Our Website For Coupons And Other Ways To Save Money Inform Customers Of Delivery Charges.

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction




- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
