Job Description - Urgent Opening for Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Customer Care II Problem Solving

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints,



and comments, as well as actions taken

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

•Day shift- 9:30 to 6:30pm and 11am to 8pm

- Salary – Up to 20K (depend upon your interview)

- HSC and above - Fresher and Experience both can apply

- 6 working days

- Rotational week off

- Need Good communication Skill
