Duties and Responsibilities:

- Actively seek and generate new loan business by cultivating relationships with clients and other referral sources.
- Evaluate and analyze loan applications to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and secondary market guidelines.
- Prepare loan applications and coordinate the loan approval process with the processor,



underwriter and closing staff.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is received and that all conditions for approval have been met.
- Monitor loan status and ensure timely delivery of loan products.
- Communicate loan status to customers and other referral sources.
- Promote and cross-sell loan products.
- Stay abreast of changes in lending guidelines, credit policies, and industry trends.
- Maintain knowledge of all loan products and services offered.
