Job description
1.Designation - Customer Relationship Executive
2.Qualification - Graduation is must (Any)
3.Work Experience - Min 6 months of Insurance Outbound tele-sales
4.Working Days - 5 days in a week & 2 Days in a week rotational
5.Shift Timing - Rotational Shift Start from 8 AM till 8.30PM
6.Salary in CTC - 1.75 LPA To 2.50 LPA
7.Location - Indore
8.Work Mode - Work from Office

Roles and Responsibilities.
1.Selling Insurance Policies over the phone.
2.Ability to achieve stretched Sales targets.




3.Processing each lead in accordance with IL standards and provide the customer with a explicit explanation of Product.
4.Should be well-versed with call centre dialing systems.
5.Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards.
6.Outbound calling and converting lead into sales.
7.Explaining the customer product features and benefits.
8.Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls.
9.Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, target.

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Any Full time Graduate or Correspondence Graduate/ MBA.
2.Excellent Communication skills & typing skills.
3.Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant Outbound Sales experience of Health Insurance policies
