Job Description

- Program aims at large-scale accelerated focus on Ramp-up of Bosch product manufacturing, including ramp-up at suppliers
- Setup & conduct regular Project review meetings with various levels in the organization to ensure the project goals are met
- Facilitate the agile team events (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, retrospective etc.)
- To coordinate between development, production, quality, product management & logistics for seamless transition from project phase to series phase
- Liaison with stakeholders and teams across the project organization for alignment of timelines and targets to ensure successful ramp-up.
- To document and track Open point list from various meetings (MoM) & follow-up for timely closure
- To document the risks at each stage of project & escalate to management with proposals at appropriate intervals
- To ensure all necessary documentation as per project requirement is systematically updated and available in project folder.




- To support in identifying the value engineering potentials & coordinate with CFT to reap the benefit to Project results
- To ensure proper change management process is followed throughout the project life cycle
- Support in making the Business plan and tracking of budget on monthly basis
- To coordinate & document Lesson learnt in the process & deploy for the next projects.
- To ensure Project results: On time, On specification, On budget, On cost & On profit.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Regular engagement & quick response to CFT queries
- To ensure timely Project reviews, timely escalations with mitigation proposals to management
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting at all levels including the executive level
- Interpretation of customer RFI / Questionnaire and propose suitable sensors / products
- Project management using PEP
- Drive IFMEA
- Offer & adapt technical customer documentation based on requirements
- Prepare Test Plan, development report and technical customer documents
- Implementation of quality tools (8D, DOE, FTA etc..) for projects
- Plan, organize, execute, facilitate and manage Projects allocated with an endeavor towards successful finalization of HW and settings to meet the customer target
- Milestone tracking / Project status updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Additional Information

- Knowledge on Requirements Management
- Knowledge on DOORs, Power-BI, MPP, OneQ, iGPM tools
- Basic work experience in handling data through SAP modules
- Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
- Ability to communicate in German language is an added advantage
- PMP certification preferred
