Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Service Management
Responsibilities

. Excellent Understanding and working experience in the ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change, config & Knowledge Management

. Ability to Access, Create, Optimize ITSM process to deliver value

. Assisting in the developing business reports for higher management and clients.

. Manage the complete processes in patch, release, and Capacity Management

. Support for the central control operating processes,



especially at the interfaces

. Cooperation in quality assurance and building internal workflows

. Assisting in the calculation of process performance for customer orders

. Planning of data processing and consolidation of data sources

. Understanding of RACI Model
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

. Business graduate with relevant experience in business process engineering

. Expertise in ITIL & ITSM concepts - ITIL V3/V4 Certification is a must

. Extensive experience in the processes of Incident, Problem and Change Management

. Sound knowledge of IT service operations. Solid communication skills with good command over English

. Valuable presentation skills and team skills
Preferred Experience

. Experience in the areas of process design and control

. Consulting mindset to be able to have a holistic view of Service Operations

. Experience of using Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel

. Experience if ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC remedy

. Experience of using MS Visio or Process framework tools
