Core Responsibilities

- Continuously learn about our customer's problems, our company's vision, and design intuitive experiences that address both
- Rapidly design and deliver wireframes, screen flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to improve existing features and introduce new workflows
- Dedication to working collaboratively with coworkers, with a shared focus on helping the customer achieve their goals
- Willingness to take risks, make mistakes, and iterate designs based on customer and stakeholder feedback
- Proactively seek feedback and constructive criticism on your work - early and often

Requirements

- 2-5 of UX design experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality designs in a rapid-paced environment
- Expertise with Figma (preferred), Sketch, or other UX software. HTML and CSS skills are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preference is given to candidates with startup experience. Designing consumer-grade enterprise software is also a plus
- Experience designing within the constraints of systems or frameworks (like Material Design or Ant Design)
- Extensive knowledge of UX design best practices for data-intensive software as well as responsive design
