We are Looking Canddiates With 5 years Civil and structural work experience is Mandatory (Both Must), Looking for Candidates only from Powerplant, Steel plant, Thermal plant experience .

Location - Jemco, Jamshedpur

Purpose of the Job:

The Combi-Mill project is under execution. This position should independently manage the site requirements and supervise the site activities. To co-ordinate the engineering activities for Civil and Structural work. He/ She should ensure quality of job with all safety protocols and governance framework of TSLPL.

Requirements :

- Ctc 5 - 12.5lacs
- Qualification: Diploma Civil OR B.Tech Civil is required
- 5 years Civil and structural work experience is Mandatory (Both Must)
- Looking for Candidates only from Powerplant, Steel plant, Thermal plant experience
- Diploma Civil - Maximum CTC 6.5 LPA
- B.Tech Civil- Maximum CTC 12.5 LPA
- This is a 2 Years contractual role.

Technical Competencies:

- Estimation for Civil & Structural jobs.
- Quality check of various civil /Structural jobs.
- Checking and certification of measurement of contractors bill.
- Job must be completed within timeframe and complying safety norms.
- Knowledge of Survey
- SAP Knowledge

Overall Job Responsibility

- Adherence of Safety standard and ensuring effective implementation at working site




- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
- To make sure workers know and carry out jobs as per the safety rules and guidelines, such as wearing PPE & Protective gears & follow SOPs.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at project sites.
- Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions
- Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to civil projects.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
- Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain records.
- Co-ordinate with the project team to solve site issues if any,
- Issuing Work permit taking clearance from all process owners and closing it after completion of the job.
- Maintaining Manpower report, Daily work progress and update.
- Must have adequate knowledge in construction drawings and execution at site as per the drawing.
- Preparing Bar Bending Schedule.
- Capable to prepare initial BOQ with estimation and costing
- Preferable competency of SAP
- Should be able to understand the Civil & Structural Drawings.
- Should be able to inspect fabricated structures
- Should be able to get fabricated structures erected at site.
- Should be competent to handle large mobile cranes.
