Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Business Development . Responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling & net working and social media

· Deal with customer enquiries and convert it into leads and sales .

· Responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients and updating the AM -Sales on a daily basis.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products to all clients / prospective clients .

· Give demos to potential clients as and when required

· S/he will be secondarily responsible to close the deal

· Address and handle queries and objections from potential clients and resolve them.





· Plan and organize the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized .

· Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements and provide solutions .

· Create reviews and reports and present it to the AM - Sales on a daily basis.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences along with the

· AM - Sales . Prepare and organize promotional events material o Make daily MIS and send it to the AM - Sales

· Client Coordination o S/he will be the representative of Nishant Construction for the clients; act as a physical point of contact between the company and clients .

· Attend to all queries of existing clients and coordinate with them for after sales documentation, loan / agreement related documentation, payment related, etc.
