• • Reviewing construction plans and preparing Bill of quantities requirements.
• • Collecting the drawings for quantity calculation from Architect / Consultant / Coordinator.
• • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• • Liaising with site managers, Consultant, Architect & contractors.
• • Preparing reports, analysis, contracts, risk assessment,



and other documents.
• • Advising managers and management on improvements and new strategies.
• • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• • Documenting any changes in design and updating quantities.
• • Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• • Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
• • Prepare summary reports for the Site management and Higher management.
Should have experience of preparing the budget foir residential and commercial building with MEP
