Key Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the construction work of the projects.
- Responsible for all day to day construction activities.
- He has to interpret the drawings and get the project executed as per Quality and details given by the architect.
- Buildings, Roads, Boundary wall, Common services, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing.
- Responsible for construction methods & best building practices to achieve timely completions, a safe working environment for workman and labor & to deliver quality product.
- Responsible for security and safety of the material at site & stores.
- Responsible for activities in Fabrication yard, RMC plant, Block making yard.
- Responsible for productivity norms, construction sequences, construction techniques.




- Responsible for coordinating Mechanical & Electrical interfaces including telephone & data cables.
- Responsible for quantity take off, monthly valuations of subcontracts & supplies.
- Set up the construction team, organize manpower, material and machinery.
- Set up and control all stages of construction work and Procedures for Quality Control.
- Finalize rates, operate & manage of all types of works for Piece Rate Worker, Subcontractors and Third party vendors.
- Prepare BOQ and finalize costing and be responsible for the cost of labor.
- Preparing construction schedules, resource schedule, procurement schedule and cash flow.
- Prepare material indents as per the program for import of materials or local purchase.
- Identify price variations from the budgets.
- Material approval.
- Shop drawing approvals and Construction details approvals.
- Reports & presentation as required by HOD/Management.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management/ Reporting officer.
