Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

- Planning and Preparing Execution Schedule and Ensure timely execution of civil construction work at site. (BOQ/BARCHART/BOM/MENPOWER SCHEDULE ETC)
- Co-ordination with all consultant and various agencies and facilitate them in day to day affairs for plan deliverance of assigned task
- Checking of quality parameters and ensure workmanship in respect of structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing and other relevant aspects
- To look after manpower arrangement and ensure availability of them as per requirement of schedule
- Documentation of plan, drawing, maps and maintains the same for time to time reference
- Identification and tie-up with various vendors,



suppliers and contractors and preparation of agreement for rate contract for material/equipment and manpower
- To ensure inventory of material requires (e.g. Cement, sand, steel, Electrical and plumbing accessories) and plan purchase accordingly
- To ensure availability and uninterrupted services of equipments
- To control and reconcile resource/material and maintain proper inventory
- Checking of invoice of agencies with respect to measurement and quality and certifying for payment advices
- Responsible for team performance and training for team
- Ensure about & Prepare DPR, WPR & MPR (Progress Report)
- Ensure safety aspects by adhering prevailing safety norms and ensure proper use of PPEs (Personal Protective equipments)
- Get daily, weekly and monthly progress report from subordinate & Present Superior
