Program Manager: This position is required to lead the critical iSenS program and drive the roadmap and development by working closely with relevant stakeholders. This is a critical program has very high visibility. The candidate for this position is expected to be strong in execution and dynamic in leadership areas. This is replacement position.

Network & Links:

The Selected candidate will work with a highly motivated team involved in development of complex AI solutions. The candidate will join Bangalore development center and will be part of AI and Core functions department in Bangalore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. (specifically focused on Data Science and Machine learning)




Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Manage scope changes as per project dynamics
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyse program risks.
Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management skills and team management.
Contribute to the roadmap definition of his/her Product
Manage, control and execute timely all developments related to his/her program coordinate all Program Work Packages to meet overall Quality Cost and Delivery commitments

Qualification and Skills:

EDUCATION : Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent.

CORE COMPETENCIES
Minimum 12 - 14 years of experience in software design, development & validation areas and having more than 6 years of experience in program/project management.
Strong program management principles (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Closure)
Financial & Change management
excellent stakeholder engagement
Sound analytical skills
Critical thinking, Decision making & Business acumen

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.

Team Player with prior experience in working with global stakeholder is preferable.
