- Basic Function

- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and design the proposed IT solution.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations and provide input to information/ data flow, and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.
- Work with Offshore development team on the design, implementation, and support of applications
- Work with Onshore and Onsite operations teams to help propose technical solutions to process issues

- Technical & Application related Production Support

Essential Functions

- Application design and development
- Assist with production support issues as they arise
- Help & Troubleshoot Application specific issues
- Understand the business requirements working with operations / functional teams
- Create/Produce project specific technical content (including but not limited to User Manuals/ Requirement/ Design/ Test/ Operations Documents)

- Onshore Product Team
- Senior Leadership of EXL LifePRO/LISS & Business




- Fellow Exec/ Sr. Exec/ LAM / AM & Managers (Delivery and Support) with in EXL LifePRO/LISS
