Job description

Responsibilities Lead and execute the entire design lifecycle for multiple products from initial concept, ideation, and alternative generation through to production. Collaborate with subject matter experts and a multi-disciplinary team (e.g. skilled traders) to identify user & business requirements. Address Graphic pain points to devise elegant solutions and create intuitive user experiences. Integrate business objectives into design concepts, capturing and communicating ideas through visual designs, storyboards, Graphic specifications, sitemaps, user flow diagrams, interaction models, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices/interfaces. Develop Graphic deliverables for handover to engineering and development (e.g. exporting redlines, packaging assets, animating visuals, creating high-resolution mockups & InVision prototypes). Implement a system for evidence-based design and quality assurance, conducting usability tests to discover and correct flaws with user flow. Stay on the forefront of trading and exchange technology, influencing the design of LCX in tune with design trends and prominent competitors. Make strategic design and Graphic decisions related to core, and new, functions and feature Basic Qualification Formal design education.



Candidates with a tertiary degree (or equivalent) are preferred. 3 experience in Graphic design across the entire product management lifecycle (from ideation to shipping). Expert level experience on After effects. Mastery of standard Graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator Idea of creating storyboards, Graphic specifications, sitemaps, user flow diagrams, interaction models, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc. Experience with SVG animation design. Experience with 3D design. A strong portfolio of work demonstrating core skills. Experience with detailed interaction design in mobile contexts. Experience with visual design. A strong eye for typography. A solid grasp of user-centered design, Graphic principles, mobile-first / responsive design, orchestrating user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis. Ability to iterate designs and prototypes quickly to convey core design concepts. Ability to receive constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into designs. Experience with trading systems in any market. Fluent in English (oral and written communication). Experience with Web contexts. Experience with motion design. Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
