Job Description:

- Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
- Perform market research, construct RFQ’s, Evaluates vendor quotes, conduct price analysis and negotiations, compile compliance packages, and execute Purchase Orders in accordance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
- This role will work in Client applications such as Team Center, DexCenter, SAP, and etc.



Requires 2 years of experience in supply chain or related field and must have knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and has purchasing experience using SAP (RFQ Creation, Running requisition reports, PO Creation).
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Buy government end use parts
- Place purchase orders for FAR15 requirements
- Support Government clients
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Adhere to FAR/FDAR regulations
