Our client's extensive building renewal services include Building Envelope Renewal, Exterior and Interior Painting, Roof Renewal and Replacement, Tenant Improvement, Waterproofing, Exterior and Industrial Cleaning, Environmental Abatement, and Concrete Restoration.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining relationships with current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Maintain relationships with current clients,



including regular communication and follow-up
- Understand the needs of potential and current clients and align company offerings to meet those needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify current opportunities for growth

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience in envelope renewal and building renewal projects is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
