Roles and Responsibilities:

Thorough in quantity take off from drawing/costing.

Preparation Rate Analysis / Cost Estimate, Quantity Surveying (Civil and MEP).

Generation of Purchase requisition

Checking / Scrutiny of Vendors ,



Contractor Billing including checklist, pour card, other relevant compliances Bill Certification etc.

Quantity reconciliation of Contractor bills wrt BOQ.

Preparation of Reconciliation of Materials

Adequate knowledge of Specification, Work Methodology, Work Order, Purchase Order etc.

Preparation Budget monitoring reports.

Preparation of monthly working plan and updating.

DPR updating

Maintaining of Drawing register, coordination and correspondences
