Responsibilities

1) Taking responsibility for assisting the senior Architect/Lead in managing projects

from concept design stage, through development of design and all necessary

stages

or

applications

for

statutory

approvals,

production

information,

specifications, tender process, including carrying out inspections of projects on

site.

2) Preparation of Architectural working drawings including all details for architectural

interior projects for the Pharma & Bio-pharma projects

3) Typical work activities:- Work activities vary depending on the type of Clients and

nature of the project but typically involve in assisting by:

a) Understanding the requirement of the Client and proposal of Architectural options

with elegant, economic, efficient & workable solutions.

b) Architectural & Interior design of industrial buildings starting from

Formulation of requirements to detailed execution drawings and site supervision &

coordination for Interior fit-out project.

c) Designing and detailing of Process and nonprocess buildings in large industrial/ins

titutional campuses/Standalone building .

d) Detailed review of design documents, drawings and tender documents based on

development control regulations and code compliances with national and

international codes and standard industry practices.

e) Involvement and knowledge of project processes followed in large-scale projects





and information communication within the project teams inside and outside office.

f)

Preparation of Bid Documents, Bill of Quantities and Tender drawings.

g) Preparation of Architectural Standard Drawings and Standard Architectural

Specifications.

h) Coordination with clients/vendors for review/approval of vendor s drawings, etc.

i)

Proven working experience as an architect with urge for further development to

acquire knowledge and apply in day to day activities.

j)

Solid portfolio to prove artistic skills and vision for development

k) Good knowledge understanding of building products, construction details and

relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

l)

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop,

SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)

m) Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

n) Visual awareness and an eye for detail

o) Communication skills

p) Understanding of bye-laws experience of the interpretation of bye-laws, statutes of

different states within India as well as abroad

q) Registration with COA

r)

Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

s) Familiarity with Revit software is highly desirable

Desired profile of the

candidate

2 years exp in industrial projects, preparing of drawings.

Good knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and rules

Experience in Industrial projects preferred

Good technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural

conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections etc.

3D CAD and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer as

well as Photoshop presentation.

UG / PG Qualification

B.Arch with 3-5 experience

Min.Exp.

2 years in Industrial Projects, site coordination & management (Preferably in

Pharma / Biotech projects)

Location of posting
