Greetings from Sunera technologies.Experience : 7+ yearsCompany : Sunera technologies inc.Job Type : PermanentNotice period : 15 Days (Only immediate joiners)Job Location : HyderabadJob Description :Monitor storage and backup environment which including CPU, Memory, Network, H/W, disks etc. as per defined monitoring process. - Monitoring storage and backup security related issues. - Ensuring all requested components are covered under backup umbrella - Monitoring availability of storage and backup systems per High Availability requirement.- Hands-on usage of Virtualization Technologies VMware [Migration, Refresh, Integration] - Monitoring resources and alerts on Virtualization environment- Monitoring performance of storage and backup systems. - Perform day to day storage and backup administrator, DT related activities.



- Analyze the issue either identified during monitoring or raised through CR/SR/TT or raised by customer. - Troubleshooting production issues, bugs, etc. and raising it to respective vendor and follow it up to closure. - Raising incident to respective vendor and follow it up to closure. - Installation /configuration/upgrade of Commvault backup client/DT client- Implementing automation to Improve monitoring day to day housekeeping activities.- Responding to issue/query raised related to Production and non-production environments.- Timely updating inventory related documents - Timely provide defined daily, weekly & monthly reports.- Liaise with Team Lead for day-to-day issues. - Deployment of updated O/S, H/W, patches, and firmware updated effectively with minimal downtime. i.e. firmware up-gradation Storage, SAN Switch, Commvault backup, Netbackup, etc.- Liaise for data backup and restoration as per business requirement.Process and Tools :- Periodically updating the operational documents (trouble shooting, SOP and monthly checklists). - Uploading the updated documents to SharePoint.
