- Transfer files from one machine to another
- Compress files and move to other destination.




- File and folder permissioning
- Cron scripts to transfer files with conditions.
- Cron scripts to delete files with conditions
- monitor linux server with tools
- In-dept knowledge of ftp & sftp protocols
- Networking knowledge
- IP address identification (Public Private)
- Importance of subnet mask
- Importance of Gateway
- Understanding of VPN's and their Types
- Knowledge of Routing
