Job description

We are looking for a system administrator to maintain and administer our companys networked system of computers. The system administrators responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security. Roles and Responsibilities Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners when required. Monitoring and upkeep of computer systems and networks. Knowledge of remote access tools, hardware and software troubleshooting. Responding promptly to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the organization. Manage the organizations entire inventory purchase of hardware, software and other IT supplies.



Develop and maintain vendor relations. Hands-on experience in user management, disc management and troubleshooting. Ensure that data is securely stored and the backups are performed regularly. Maintain security through access controls, backups and firewalls. Investigating and recommending current methods for improving the networked computer system. Professional Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Experience with databases, networks and patch management . Knowledge of system security and data backup and recovery. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Providing technical support when requested. Adaptability and learning ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
