Job Description: Minimum 6 years of Citrix experience required. Valuable to know the architecture, design, implementation, migration, securing, monitoring, and continual operational improvement for critical Citrix enterprise solutions. Serve as a technical expert for business application initiatives by participating in the evaluation, planning, design and implementation of new applications. Serve as the expert in cloud support and migrations of Citrix and application virtualization technologies, recommending solutions to support and enhance existing systems. Leads full lifecycle management of Citrix components. Evaluates, and monitors common data processing methods and procedures, and identifies opportunities for process improvements for existing and new interfaces. Required Skills / Qualifications: Extensive working knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.15 LTSR and above. Experience with Citrix Cloud Control Plane implementations, inclusive of an understanding of Citrix Delivery Controller, Citrix Licensing Server, and Citrix Databases Knowledge and awareness of Citrix Workspace Experience (aka StoreFront in the Cloud) and Citrix Gateway Service Knowledge of Citrix Cloud Connector, Master Images,



Citrix VDA s and Citrix UPM Profiles Server Experience implementing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop in a federated security environment where identity is asserted by a third-party solution. Experience working with multifactor authentication in support of Citrix architectures Experience migrating Citrix solutions from on premise to cloud (Citrix or CSP) Experience with complex Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Proficient with Machine Creation Services, StoreFront, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Universal Profile Management, Published Applications, Disaster Recovery, Application Delivery, Published Desktops, Citrix Workspace App client configuration for Mac and Windows. Proficiency in the installation, configuration and management of Citrix XenApp and VMWare architecture which includes administration and management of vSphere v6.5 and above supporting greater than 1000 VMWare Virtual Servers. Serves as a technical expert in multiple highly specialized areas like Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Provisioning Methods, Storefront, Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway. Proficient in Thin client setup, management and troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work professionally and productively with all encountered in the course of work, including personnel supporting departments, vendors, and consultants. Excellent interpersonal skills. Certification requirements: CC-VAD-CC/MA CCA-V CCP-V
