Job Description

.Experience in building & configuring dashboards for Applications Performance Monitoring
.Experience in building & configuring Datadog for Application Server(Tomcat/WebLogic etc), middleware(Kafka,MQ) and Backend(DB) Performance Monitoring
.Experience in configuring, maintaining, administering an APM tool such as Dynatrace / NewRelic
.Well versatile in Observability & Telemetry data analysis and RCA oriented
.Experience in implementing Jaeger and/or Zipkin for tracing / Synthetic monitoring
.Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Grafana
.Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Graylog / Logz.io / Splunk
.Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Kubernetes & Monitoring stack
.Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Linux & Windows
.Experience in PowerShell scripting and/or any other scripting languages
.Experience working in an enterprise cloud operations environment
.Experience performing network monitoring in a virtual environment
Key Result Areas:
.Responsible for all aspects of management, administration, and support to company's cloud and IT infrastructure including:
.Internal windows (primarily) and Linux/UNIX (some) based on-premise & cloud server Infrastructure.
.Managing our ETL infrastructure consisting of SAAS(Angles for Oracle, Angles for SAP) etc.
.Cloud Computing architecture including AWS & Azure Cloud Platform.




.Hands on VPN,DNS, Network (ILL, IPSec) Infrastructure.
.Manage projects based on Cloud Migrations including AWS, Azure Cloud Platform.
.Deployment and automations of processes including use of tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Logstash, Kibana etc.
.Continuously stay abreast of new developments in supported operating systems to ensure consistent compatibility with established infrastructure in order to provide scalable, secure and reliable IT Infrastructure to the Company.
.Proactively research issues for outages and those impacting down times. Provide RCAs for any downtime.
Qualifications

Graduated in BE / BTECH Computer Science preferred.
.Windows, Linux, Bash scripting, exposure to Terraform, Ansible, knowledge of Power shell/ Python.
.Server Administration and Security on Cloud, Middleware and Database
. Utilised SQLPlus, SQL Loader, SQLTools, OLAP, TOAD, Awk, Cron, SFTP, SNMP, SSH, NDM, SCP, SFTP, FTPS, Syslog, TL1, EDI, Visio.
. Also worked with AD/LDAP, SSH, SSL, TLS, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP/UDP, SDN, SNMP, REST API, Single Sign On, PKI methodologies, Wireshark, Bootstrap, Ubuntu, Network management, Products and Protocols, CentOs, Red Hat Linux, Windows Servers.
. Administration of: Active Directory, Domain controller.
. Additional and good to have skills on ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Nagios, Docker, Github, Stash, ActiveMQ / Rabbit MQ, Load Balancing, PCI Security, Security Patches, OSPF and BGP, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
