Job description

As a part of the DevOps Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining automation processes to build and deploy infrastructures and applications in AWS using industry-standard CI / CD models. Automate everything will be your passion and everyday occupation! We are looking for a passionate DevOps engineer who is not afraid to take on new challenges and learn new technologies. You will be working in a dynamic environment within a small DevOps Team using exciting technologies and modern practices Databricks, AWS Cloud, Docker, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure-as-a-Code. You will be also closely supporting a data science (ML/AI) development team, incident resolutions and influencing other teams to adopt the DevOps culture. About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 5 years of work experience as DevOps or as Software Engineer Professional knowledge on Automation processes and tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Scripting, etc..) Professional knowledge on Linux system administration Good knowledge on containers and orchestration of containers Good knowledge on AWS Excellent understanding of SDLC processes, building and releasing applications in cloud infrastructures Good knowledge on Git It would be great if you also had . . . Knowledge of data science, data pipelines and machine-learning (ML)



pipelines Knowledge of Databricks and/or similar products Experience withworking in a validated environment Knowledge on software architectures based on microservices (autoscaling, service discovery, etc...) Knowledge on supporting Java and/or Python applications. What will you be doing in this role Responsible for supporting Software Delivery Automation processes in AWS (through CI / CD) Responsible for Infrastructure Delivery Automation processes in AWS through Terraform (Infrastructure-as-a-code) Participate in production problems resolution Spread the DevOps culture in the company Evaluate new technologies as opportunity to improve, such as machine-learning and data-science products Collaborate in the design of modern Software Architectures Product you will be developing We provide data solutions for, both, internal and external customers. In particular, we work at the cutting edge of data analytics and data science practices, such as using data mesh and/or data platforms to booster new products to market. About the Team Our team of DevOps engineers is small but with great projection to grow in the year to come. We are 2 passionate engineers who have been providing support for data pipelines and, recently, machine learning models deployment. We work in the Agile methodology and automation is our main priority. Furthermore, we are keen on interacting with our development teams as they are at the core of product development.
